NO OPTION

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said that he had no other option but to bring back the midfielder Jack Wilshere much earlier than expected after seeing his side’s bid for the top four positions falter a few months ago. Wilshere was once again the hub of the team in the recent match against Norwich, as he managed to help Arsenal to a 3-1 victory in the most surprising manner. Arsenal were in danger of dropping three points against Norwich after they were trailing Chris Hughton’s men, but three goals in a very short spell of time helped them to move into the third position of the Premier league table.

The 21-year-old England midfielder recently spent six weeks on the sidelines, but he looked as one of the important players at Arsenal due to his vision and skill. Wenger has been consistently speaking about over using the England international, but he was guilty of the same against Norwich. Wenger admitted after the match that it was again too soon for young Wilshere. However, the situation demanded the return of the player, who has been crucial to Arsenal since the departure of Cesc Fabregas. Arsenal will be facing Everton in the midweek action before having a game on Saturday.

“We play again on Saturday, so it is important to make the right decisions and find the right balance in the team because all these players are super quality. You must keep the spirit and overall focus of everybody. that is the most important thing. I rushed Jack back a bit. He was not completely ready. How careful have I to be? To listen well to the medical advice and that is what I have to do, use him when everything is all right and listen to him as well, how he feels,” said Wenger.
